•Patients/Clients have the right to effective treatment. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to determine which treatment they feel is effective.

•Patients/Clients have the right to terminate services at any time. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to safe treatment that does not place them in harm’s way. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to ethical treatment from service providers. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to timely notification of any proposed treatment changes. 

•Patient/Clients have the right to receive services from adequately trained providers. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to access and have explained all evaluations, reports, and documentations completed by company. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to confidentiality of personal information. 

•Patients/Clients have the right to not be discriminated against based on age, gender, religion, culture, sexual preferences, socioeconomic status, or disabilities.
